Tell me about a difficult situation you dealt within a team

Difficult situations are inevitable in life and it's important you know to handle them. You want to communicate to the interviewer that you can calmy resolve issues in a team to achieve your goal. Remember, you will be facing difficulties with your colleagues in dentistry, and you will be expected to handle this appropriately.

• Talk about what you could have done differently if things didn't go to plan- eg you could speak to a supervisor if your partner was continuing to dismiss their part of the work
