• Communicating clearly.
• Listening to other perspectives.
• Being caring and supportive towards team members.

Use Your Own Experiences

Give an example of when you have worked in a team before:

• What was the team?
• Why did it impact you?
• How did the team work well?
• What skills did you use?
• What was the group dynamic like?
• How did you cooperate, and how did it increase your confidence?
• How did your team members influence or support you?

What Assessors Want to See

• That you can be calm and respectful towards teammates.
• That you can communicate well with others.
• That in a high-pressure environment, you can work effectively with colleagues.
